Partnerships

Applied where it matters most.

Two active MoUs putting our research and modelling methods to work directly in clinical settings, alongside the institutions that understand the problem best.

RELA Hospitals

An AI-based liver tumor prediction collaboration with RELA Hospitals, Chennai — one of the region's leading liver transplant and hepatology centres.

The problem

Liver tumors can be difficult to characterize reliably from imaging alone, and early, consistent detection materially changes treatment options and outcomes.

Our approach

We're building an AI model trained on medical imaging (CT/DICOM) to flag and characterize liver tumors — intended as a second read that supports a clinician's own diagnosis, not a replacement for it.

Status

Active collaboration under a formal MoU with RELA Hospitals.

Balaji Dental College

A research collaboration with Balaji Dental College studying the biomarkers and molecular behaviour behind dental disease.

The problem

Dental disease has measurable biological signals (biomarkers), but connecting those signals to the underlying molecular mechanisms driving disease progression requires computational modelling, not just clinical observation.

Our approach

We combine biomarker analysis with molecular dynamics (MD) simulation — a technique that models how molecules move and interact over time — to understand the mechanisms linking biomarker signals to disease.

Status

Active collaboration under a formal MoU with Balaji Dental College.
